Document Management System - Quality Assurance

Charismatic Consultancy Sdn Bhd has began the evaluation of the Document Management System that is integrated into myAerospace-SMS. 

Charismatic Consultancy, established in March 2001 is a result oriented consulting company specializing in Quality Management System (ISO 9001) & Productivity, Balanced Scorecard, Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001).

The Document Management System will be evaluated to meet the following Standards:

OHSAS 18001 an international occupational health and safety management system specification, embracing BS8800, AS/NZ 4801, NSAI SR 320 and a number of other publications.

OHSAS 18001 has been developed to be compatible with the ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems standards, in order to facilitate the integration of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems by organizations, should they wish to do so.

ISO 9001:2008 is the international standard, which lays down the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS).  

The total process will take plave over a period of 24 months. During this period the DMS will tested to ensure it can meet the rigorous requirements as stipulated by the ISO.
